Southport Crossing – Buildings 1 & 2

Elan was selected to provide General Contracting services for two multi-tenant warehouses. The 103,250 square foot and 135,000 square foot warehouses were constructed with precast wall panels and a 28' clear height for the Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.
