Construction Management
Elan’s Construction Management service gets the job done. We provide advisory services during a project’s pre-construction phase and perform all work during a project’s construction phase. As leaders throughout the entire building process we create collaboration at all levels, rally teams and above all else always provide our project owners with effective management of a project’s schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope and function.
Elan Construction is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and offers services all over the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Columbia.
