We recognize the importance of mental health in the workplace and we offer resources and help to our employees when necessary. We believe that a healthy mind is crucial to a productive and safe work environment.
Open Two-Way Communication.
We believe in open two-way communication between our employees and management. We encourage our employees to report any issues or concerns to our management team and we give prompt attention to those concerns.
COR standing.
Our commitment to safety has earned us a Certificate of Recognition (COR) from the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA). This certification recognizes our effective implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).
Company Wide and Site-Specific Joint Health & Safety Committees.
We have established Joint Health & Safety Committees at both our company-wide level and for each of our job sites. The committees are made up of both management and employees and work towards ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed.
Partnerships For Industry-Wide Safety Standards.
We partner with the Calgary Construction Association and leaders in the construction industry to develop open-source documents for an industry-wide application of safety measures.
