We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 7 years of experience in managing construction projects. The ideal candidate will share these values and bring expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to close-out.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and scopes, while tracking milestones and addressing variances.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Produce and maintain accurate documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and close-out materials.

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

• Conduct site reviews and uphold safety and quality standards.

• Actively contribute to business development by fostering client relationships and seeking new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in construction.

• Proficiency with construction management software and best practices.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
