Elan was selected to provide Design Build services for the CattleBaron restaurant located in Calgary's NW district of Royal Oak. Features include a 1,530 square foot basement, exterior patio area and fully enclosed garbage enclosures. Being the last parcel of land to be developed in the Royal Oak Centre development, this project also required a lot of coordination with nearby operating tenants and the public.
