Market at the Crossings

Elan was selected to provide General Contracting services for the first phase of the commercial retail development - The Crossings – a mixed-use development featuring retail, office, hospitality, schools, libraries, recreational facilities and public parks. Anchor tenants in phase one include Boston Pizza, Subway, Rice King, Tim Horton's and Original Joe's restaurants along with Rexall pharmacy. Elan provided post-bid value engineering to align the project budget with approved expenditure and during the project also added an additional building to the scope. The project was successfully completed as per the original contract completion date.
