Superintendent

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on an array of commercial projects varying in size and type. Will come with a Strong work Ethic and a Desire to achieve Project Goals. Will come with Strong inter-personal and Communication skills to work with the ever growing Construction Diversity.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sub-contractors, Owners and Project Team to deliver Timeless/Quality Projects

• Manage Schedules, Budget and Deliverables to ensure Project success

• Establish Strong Working Relationships with Clients, Owners and Trades

• Quality Control Management

• Strong attention to the Safety in the Workplace

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Previous Commercial-Light industrial experience 5-10+ years
