City Within the City
When the LaCaille Group was looking to create a “city within the city,” we knew we could help. Elan entered into a CCDC 2 contract with The LaCaille Group to develop the Sky Pointe Landing site and construct seven multi-tenant buildings for local and national retailers. At the midpoint of the project, the owner added an additional five buildings to our scope.
