This Triovest project was part of a planned expansion to incorporate an additional 200,000 sq. ft. of space to the existing building, bringing the total square footage to 610,000 sq. ft. The CCDC Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract model gave the client the best value through full-cycle support through the design and construction process.
A unique element of this project was navigating construction best practices in a facility that was in active operation, so all systems had to remain connected and safe. The design also included structural support and provisions for future improvements and expansions such as solar panels. Elan worked with the current tenants to ensure continued access to the operating warehouse and worked diligently to safeguard their product and operations as they tied into power and sprinkler systems.
