As a preferred commercial contractor for Triovest, one of the biggest privately owned commercial real estate companies in Canada, Elan handled concrete pouring operations for this project, which required meticulous planning due to the sheer size of the buildings.

iPort Starfield is a warehousing facility that can be found near Calgary’s major transportation hub. This project provides additional leasing opportunities for the client’s potential tenants. Starfield 4 is 178,465 sq. ft. and Starfield 5 is 194,396 sq. ft. and both buildings have a clear height of 32'. 

An important aspect of this project was adherence to guidelines to achieve LEED Silver certification for both buildings.
