Elan was selected to provide General Contracting services for the Manchester Operations Yard in Calgary. We created two material storage buildings: an aluminum framed anticorrosive sprung salt storage structure and a pre-engineered Butler pickle storage building with a peak height of 72’ and 30’ x 22’ overhead doors. The site was previously used by the City, and required remediation work to the subsurface. These structures will provide covered material storage and help support the gravel and road salt operations for the City of Calgary.
