Commercial Construction Management Project Overview: St. Josephine Bakhita School in Calgary, Alberta

Elan was selected to provide General Contracting services for the state-of-the-art, LEEDV4 Silver Certified K-6 school in the Evanston neighbourhood in northwest Calgary. The project featured masonry, curtain walls and metal cladding, and silver crosses at the main entrance. It also features angled windows, sound baffles, and an energy efficient mechanical and electrical system with solar panels. The project was finished in 2022 and was ahead of schedule and under budget.
