This 2-story professional building, completed in 2024, is part of a multi-phase project to redevelop the Oakridge neighbourhood. Construction was complex as we ensured the parking, food store, gas station, and other retail locations remained open throughout the project.

Work at Oakridge is ongoing. The new grocery space will be completed this spring 2025, and the old grocery store will be deconstructed.
