How do you turn a locomotive repair shop into office space? That was the question we were met with when we were selected to provide General Contracting Services to the CP Rail Network Operations Centre.

Throughout the multi-phase project, we converted the repair shop into two floors of office space, and also added a cafeteria, fitness room and 24-hour monitoring station as well. The final project was a modern office space with an interesting history.

And, they were able to move in just 15 months after the start of design!
