Triovest contracted us to complete tenant improvements for their new tenant, LindFast Solutions Group. In collaboration with GGA Architecture, we delivered approximately 56,000 sq ft of warehouse space, 3,000 sq ft of office space, 6 bays, and a custom paint booth.

The new facility offers the LindFast Solutions Group more space and racking height than their previous, outgrown facility. The paint booth area is now separated with full height walls to reduce noise that was an issue in the old space.

We also installed a VLM for efficient storage of smaller items, an upgrade from their previous carousel system. The new facility is designed for growth, with space to add up to 4 more VLMs.

Our team particularly enjoyed watching LindFast employee Brian as he designed, built, and operated the paint booth. It’s not every day you get to observe the process of shaking, painting, baking, and bagging fasteners!
