Our long-term client QuadReal, asked us to complete a tenant improvement project for XLT Transport's new distribution centre.

This distribution centre was a huge undertaking, with 474,000 square feet of space, 16,000 racking positions, over 400,000 sq. ft of bulk storage, 120 trailer parking spots and 112 loading doors.

The Elan team was able to bring our expertise to the construction management services. Juggling the diverse trades needed to properly prepare a world class warehouse, and making sure the C-TPAT requirements were met.

At Elan, we understand tenant improvement projects are about more than meeting the requirements on time—with a completed project, QuadReal was able to deliver exactly what their tenant XTL Transport Inc. needed, and XTL Transport Inc. was able to begin their contract with Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, which provided 50 new permanent jobs.
