Development update of Building G&H at Nose Creek

Update: April 2024

Buildings G & H are complete and tenant work has commenced as part of this expansive 5.5 million square foot development.

What makes this project unique? We tackled the challenge of completing two warehouses simultaneously, with a keen focus on scheduling and sequencing.


Update: June 2023

We are pleased to be working with QuadReal Property Group on the development of Building G&H in the Nose Creek Business Park in Calgary. When completed, Building G will be 474,060sq.ft and building H will be 208,500 sq.ft.

We have been completing both of these warehouses at the same time, which has required a detailed focus on scheduling and sequencing.

These buildings are part of a 5.5 million square foot mixed-use commercial development along the Queen Elizabeth II Highway south of the CrossIron Mills Shopping Centre.
