Volunteering at The Mustard Seed

Elan has been volunteering at the mustard seed for many years. Over the past two years Elan has volunteered in the kitchen annually, preparing and serving dinner, working with the same kitchen team leads each year.
Last Christmas we put out donation boxes at all our sites and head office. We collected clothing, toiletries, gift cards…all sorts of household items that can add up in costs.
Why?
Because The Mustard Seed is a great organization within our city that helps those in need. At Elan we believe it is crucial to help our communities. We strive to make the city of Calgary better, mainly by building infrastructure that serve the population, but also by volunteering our time.
Although our primary focus is to help our local community, volunteering at The Mustard Seed is also a great team building experience.
