At Elan Construction, we take pride in tackling unique and challenging projects that require careful coordination. Our recent Oakridge Dental project had our team managing complex logistics as the client was operating in a nearby location while we were building out a tenant improvement for them.
This project involved retaining and reinstalling certain items while seamlessly working with the tenant's dental equipment supplier. Beyond the immediate benefits for the tenant, this project also played a crucial role in the bigger picture. By enabling the tenant to vacate their existing space, we facilitated Oakridge Co-op's progress in asbestos abatement and brought them one step farther along in their demolition and construction progress.
But what made this project truly remarkable was the collaboration. We were fortunate to work with an owner and tenant who valued fairness, as well as an exceptional group of subcontractors. Despite the challenges in drawing coordination, our tradespeople went above and beyond, actively asking questions and identifying any drawing errors.
