Nose Creek Business Park (NCBP) Buildings G & H

For the Nose Creek Business Park (NCBP) Buildings G & H project, Elan is proud to have supported QuadReal’s commitment to LEED volume certification; enhancing companies' ability to reach ESG goals. Here’s how we did it:

  • We diverted 206,000 kg of waste from landfills. Equivalent to 10 buses, 45 minivans, or 374 adult horses.

  • Our rainwater management system collected enough stormwater to fill over 3 Olympic-sized pools. That's 1.4 million liters of non-potable water redirected for landscaping in July.
