YYC Global Phase 4 – Project Update
Update: October 2024
We’re almost at the finish line with our YYC Global Phase 4 project. This fall we have finished pouring the concrete for both the slab on grade and the aprons of the buildings. We have also completed the parking lot and access roads with all light and heavy duty asphalt in place before the early blast of winter could impact costs or performance.
Current state:
Building 1: Slab and exterior work are completed.
Building 2: Final exterior finishes, interior slab and aprons complete.
Paving: Complete
We take pride in tackling large scale projects with different challenges. For this project, this meant seamlessly coordinating the various trades to complete the multiple exterior finishes and ensure the concrete was poured and the paving completed before the first blast of winter hit Calgary.
